About this Course

This program is for players wishing to get active and who have previous experience playing hockey either on a rep or house league team. Bring a hockey stick or use one of ours, indoor running shoes and water bottle. Facilitator will start with some warm up drills then facilitate a half court 4 on 4 game with 2 minute shifts.
