About this Course

Join Erin Miller, Occupational Therapist with the Arthritis Society, and learn about self management strategies for arthritis related pain, stiffness, and the related functional issues. This workshop will dive deeper into strategies specifically geared to individuals living with arthritis of the knees, hips, and hands. Minimum registration of 10 participants is required for this workshop.
